ONLINE DO-TANK

I am proposing here an ONLINE DO-TANK along the lines of Bucky's Research Foundation. I believe that with the technology available that we are more empowered than ever before. I propose that we collect like-minded individuals interested in continuing with Fuller's advances we work on creating Resources, Systems, Prototypes and Methods to completion.

I see these initiatives to be broken into 5 Phases I am calling REACH:

R: Research

Involves researching the entire subject, as well as basic knowledge.

E: Evaluate

Determine how best to proceed and areas of responsibility.

A: Action

Involves actually doing the works required.

C: Communicate and Complete

Involves continuance and promoting it.

H: Honour

Honour any work that has been done. Rewards and sub-rewards.

Consequences: Times and Place.

TIMES: Current, 1 year, 5 Years, 10 Years, 20(+) Years.

PLACE:

• L: Local
• A: Area
• C: Country
• E: Earth

P.I.N. Points:

Positive, Interesting, Negative.
Do them in this order because the Negative points should be last since Negativity should be discouraged.

This system is quite simple but allows for a legitimate structure to completion of a project.
