Fellowship Events

The Fellowship welcomes new members to participate in the centennial events now being planned, as well as regular events which celebrate the life of Charles Dickens and the accomplishments of his writings.

Ongoing events


The Boz Reading Group, a Dickens study group meet at Orchard View Library. Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month(September to November, January to April) at 7pm.  ("Boz" was Dickens' nome de plume in the early part of his career).

Annual events

Annual Meeting of the Fellowship, held the third Wednesday in May each year.
The Dickens Christmas Tea is held in December. Our annual donation to Bloorview Macmillan Childrens Foundation is presented during the tea. 
Dickens' Birthday is celebrated with a Luncheon on the Saturday closest to the author's birth-date, February 7th.
