FORMS AND RELEASES
Proper forms and releases are an essential aspect of the Legals (and insurances) involved in modern filmmaking. Don't avoid them and keep on top of them. You never know when it will save you or your production. These are set-up as html documents. You will need to create your own within any wordprocessing or spreadsheet program you are comfortable with.
Breakdown sheets
Used to breakdown scenes into various categories for scheduling purposes.
List of Daily setups.
Used to let production people know what is involved in the day's shooting.
Callsheets
Used to let cast and crew their timings and scenes for the next day.
Cast/Crew contact sheets
Important as a quick reference to contact cast and crew.
Daily Production Report
Used by production to determine crew efficiency.
Continuity Notes
Used by the continuity person for making notes.
Daily Continuity notes
Used as reference in post-production.
Continuity Editor's Log
Used as a reference by the editor in post-production.
One-liner page
Used by everyone to remember how the scenes relate.
